good day,
i've issued a full credit against a sales invoice with partial shipments i.e. order not complete. because there was a mistake. however, after looking at the original order in adagio after the credit invoice was issued and dayend was run, it has not refreshed the original order to full "incomplete" status.

What i'd like to do is reinvoice the partial shipments, but the order says i've shipped those items as per original invoice, yet i've credited that invoice. What should I do? Thanks.

Crediting an Invoice does not reset the status of an order.

If you want to re-invoice the partially shipped order, you could copy the original order and make your revisions on the copy.

As an alternative, you could edit the order to insert new item details. To do this, you must turn on the Company Profile option, Edit invoiced orders.
