I have formatted several financial reports from my workstation (connected to a LAN). Looks beautiful, if I do say so. When I access the reports from another workstation (any one of 5 others), I lose all the formatting!! Aaaargh!! No boldfacing, highlighting, shading, no spacing changes, just the basic report. The numbers are all OK, just no formatting. What's up? Shouldn't a spec produce the same results on all machines? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help on previous questions; the support has been superb!!

Solved my own problem. I had copied data to my local C drive testing LAN vs local speeds. Unbeknownst to me, when I updated specs off the drop-down box in Maintenance, I was updating my "C" specs, not the LAN specs. Sigh. All's well in the end, just copied C specs to LAN and now everyone has nicely formatted specs. If you make it foolproof, they'll invent a better fool ....
