Hi guys,

Trying to load Crystal reports on a new Workstation
Win 7 Professional - Server W2K - mapped drive f:

However when I try to install Crystal install not seeing f:
but \\ttw\data\softrak\data\rpwin\wksetup\

Telling me it needs to install from c: or f:

I am going mad ?

Any suggestions. If I use the explorer, there is a f: dive but it reads......data(\\ttw)(f:)

And my Adagio works perfect from this station.

Any Help Welcomed....

I had a similar problem and solved by turning off UAC or setting to the minimum.

Edward:
Go to the Windows Control Panel. In the search box, type UAC. It will show you "Change User Account Control settings". Click on that option. Drag the Slider down to "Never Notify" (you'll need to have Administrator rights) and click on "Ok". After installation, go back and reset the slider to the previous setting.

Hi, Edward,

Within the Crystal designer, verify the database (from the menu, Database | Verify Database).
