I just moved a client from an old Server (2003 & workstations with mapped drive to the server). Old server had Adagio installed to a mapped (K:\ drive).
To a new server - Server 2008 with all users logging in to the server using terminal services (RDP). Everything was installed on the new server to the C:\Softrak folder
I moved the Adagio folder from the old server to the new, and installed all the new modules on top.
During installation I got these error messages:
When Adagio BankRec was installed, its Report Tables drive was specified as (C:) which is a non-network drive.
WARNING! Workstations that use a non-network Report Tables drive may not access vital shared information!
and:
The Report Tables drive (C:) does not have the Adagio BankRec Tables installed invalid (\qrasp\qrtables.ini). Please check that you have selected the proper directory and if necessary, re-install Adagio BankRec.
When I go to C:\Softrak\qrasp\qrtables.ini, there's no place that I see where I can change it so that it points to the C:\ drive as the reports table drive.
Finally - just to point it out - all the modules work fine. I can open them, login, process transations, etc. The only one that won't is multicurrency - when I try to open Multicurrency, I get this error message:
The Report Tables drive [C:\] does not point to valid Reports Tables for this program.
To correct, please check with your Dealer or qualified Adagio expert to do one of the following:
1. Run the workstation setup program if you haven't already (WkSetup\WkSetup.exe);
2. Check and adjust your workstation drive mappings;
3. Run the Adagio utility \Softrak\System\SetReportsTableDrive.exe to properly set the Reports Tables drive;
4. If necessary, re-install the Adagio program.
I've already ran Wksetup, I ran the Adagio utility to set report tables, it doesn't look like it does anything.
I feel like all the above issues are 1 issue.
Where can I go to set the report tables to C:\ and have the modules not complain about that?
I've rebooted the server, reinstalled modules
