This 'error 120' is typical of a mismatch between the program and the report, often due to an installation problem. A required file was not overwritten by an upgrade because of incorrect file dates. What are the file dates of the Receivables.exe (in \Softrak\Receivables - Dec 13, 2011) and the CRAGETRL.RPT report (\Softrak\Receivables\StandardRP - Sept 15, 2011)?
Also, do you use a Modified version of the Aged Trial Balance Report? You can tell if there is a \Softrak\Receivables\ModRP folder and the same CRAGETRL.RPT file within. If you do use a modified report, the modifications need to be re-done to the most current report.
