I am not sure if there is a way to tag entries in job cost to identify if they have been billed or not on a job inquiry. I'm pretty new to Adagio, so if there is a simple way to see what items have been billed and which ones have not, please let me know!

Hi Carla,

Adagio JobCost stores billings for jobs, but it does not link to costs because one does not select costs to bill as part of the entry process. Rather, you just select the job (and phase/category if you track revenue by a sub-type) for the bill and enter the amount.

Where do you do the entry of billings - directly in JobCost, or from Receivables or Invoices?

I do the entry of billings into Invoices but would love a better way to do this, probably just don't know what available.
