Run OE Dayend, and then immediately print and purge the Sales Commission report in OrderEntry. You'll be able to delete the salesperson then.

It's likely you've never printed the Sales person Commission report, so you might want to print it to the AdagioPDF printer.

I remoted into Lester's system.

I watched as he performed Day-End, and then ran the Commission Report from O/E & cleared the report.
(BTW, he runs this report every two weeks and purges it.)

We then went to AR - Salespersons but we still are unable to delete obsolete salespeople.
DIC for AR is perfect.

We are running the most current versions of AR and OE (among the other modules).

So, are we missing something? (I tried this on Sample data as well as on my laptop copy of Lester's data, and it works! But not on the live data.)

Any suggestions?

Rights? You should check that clearing the salesperson commission report actually empties the file properly. GridView would confirm that the file is empty. Or reprinting the report.

Look for future dated orders that haven't been costed yet. Day End won't have been run for these documents yet.
