We have Adagio Order Entry 6.8 A (021103)running on 5 stations, and 3 of 5 tell me as soon as we open the options menu in the file menu, that there is no default printer installed, also , the specification files we normally see for the invoices, credit notes,etc, are not visible. How can we solve this.

Are these new stations on a network? If not, are they 'new' to Adagio? What I mean by this is, if they have never used Adagio before, is there a possibility that there is no printer driver installed locally?

Adagio requires that there be a printer driver installed locally for the printer that is being used, if the printer resides on the Server.

If the stations do have printer drivers installed for the actual printer that is being printed to, it should be set as the Windows default printer if you are going to select the File-Options 'default' printer setting in Adagio.

Does the same thing occur if you select a 'Specific' printer in File-Options? Or, can you get that far?
