Hi, I set up a gridview that shows me all my open timecard transactions that allows me to know how much $$ is still outstanding against open jobs before these transactions get posted. I don't know much about gridview so when I created it, I didn't think about what actual data I wanted it to show - I just went with everything to make it simple. Now I would like to modify my gridview to show the same fields that my job inquiry has and in the same order. How do I modify my gridview once it is already set up? Remember, I'm at about the kindergarten level when it comes to using gridview so basic explanations are about all I can handle!

Hello Carla,

First, are you referring to the columns you are displaying in the View, or the records that are selected from the table (the Filter).

If you are referring to the columns, you can right mouse click on a column heading and delete the column using the pop-up context menu. If you want to change a column position, click on the column heading and drag the column to the position you want.

If you are asking about how to create a Filter, then that's a little more comples, and I'd suggest you start by reviewing the four "Show me how..." videos on GridView.
