Does this report access different data than the other .rpt's? Or, is the data in a different location (i.e. a different directory/folder or perhaps on a different system entirely)? Is this directory/system accessible?

Does it have the option 'Save data with report' enabled (on the main 'File' menu option)? If the report was created originally using data from another location that is not accessible normally, and the option 'save data with report' was enabled - when you go to refresh the report - since that locations' 'path' to the data is not available, you could get these types of messages when the report starts looking for the associated files necessary to give you new results.

Make sure that the system or folder where the data being reported on is available.

Also, because some functions within ACCPAC Plus and/or Adagio require exclusive access, if you try to refresh a report that accesses data that is being 'held exlusively' by one of these processes, (i.e. someone else on the system is posting transactions in the program you are trying to report on) you could get strange messages like this.
