I had CLWD run a data integrity check on her AR data and it dies before it gets to the Application DIC. So now she's got corrupt data and we'll have to restore her AR data from backup. Curiously, just before responding to CLWD, I had a call this morning from another client regarding a problem with their AR invoice batch entry that just happened this morning. Yesterday Elke was entering AR invoices just fine but today it won't let her enter the header screen info, it goes directly into the invoice detail screen. But the SYS user can get into invoice entry header and detail screens with no problems at Elke's pc. According to her IT guy there haven't been any upgrades to the AV software and will be checking out any other updates that may have been installed overnight ... CLWD and this other client are running the same ver of Win XP 2.002.
