If you have not upgraded Inventory Receipts to 6.5A, then simply reinstalling your IR will fix the problem.
If you upgraded to IR6.5A, then a new QR table is required. It has been completed, though it may not be on your IR6.5A diskette, due to the table being finished after IR6.5A began shipping. You can get this free from your Accpac dealer.
