Good morning,
I upgraded a client to the current versions of all Adagio modules, including Job Costing last week.

She emailed me yesterday to tell me that any new jobs added since the upgrade was installed are not appearing on the Job Status report.

any ideas why that might be happening?

Hi, Carol,

Do the new jobs have transactions yet? On the Print Job Status Report window, we added an 'Include jobs without transactions' option. Unless this option is enabled, jobs that don't have transactions satisfying the rest of the report criteria won't print. In older releases, all jobs always printed and many of our users found this to be a waste of paper, etc. so we changed the behaviour.

Ah! I will let her know -- and let you know if that was not the issue.
