We are trying to establish a basic report thru QR on OE 6.1B to have each line item in the order to indicate the following fields.
Qty originally on Order
Qty Shipped to-date
Qty Backordered
Qty left on Order
Completed (Y/N)
How we operate is that when ordered items are no-longer needed, we edit the lines in Order and make the backorder qtys zero. So that on screen it appears as'completed'
We need the similar result to come on the print-out. Unfortunately we have duplicate items with wrong data and also qty backorder for some items is different from the contents of the screen. How can we get the exact content like the screen on QR 6.5

Hi Devon,

It sounds like you will have to create a selection formula to choose only the records you want in your report.

What you first have to determine is which records you want (all records with backorder quantity not zero, for example). You would then enter this into the selection formula under the Print/Export menu:

eg. Qty Backordered <> 0

For specifics on how to enter selection criteria, the manual does have good information.

While you are determining the correct info, if you don't already, make sure that your detail section is not hidden. Also, have any fields you reference in the selection formula at least temporarily inserted in the detail section so you can see if your selection syntax is correct and selecting what you want.
