I'm having trouble with the Year End function.

I've printed and cleared all my posting journals, including the Clearing Posting Journal (Mainatenance>Print Clearing Posting Journal).

The year end function is telling me I still need to print the "Period End Clearing Journal". Are these not the same journals?

The DIC is coming through clean. I also tried to post a $0 invoice, cleared the invoice posting journal and then did another month end, but after all that it said that there still wasn't a Clearing Posting Journal to print.

Hi, Cam,

Do you have the 'Allow post journal purge' option in the Company Profile enabled? If so, disable (uncheck) it and run Year End again. All posting journals should have been printed first as they will now automatically be cleared when Year End is run.
