Did anyone else encounter this error? Looks like the failure happens on the upload to vitalEsafe. Our client experienced it for three days, then reported that the problem has gone after rebooting. Just for the future references...

Can you tell me which version of DataCare this client is running? I would like to track this down if possible.

DC 9.0A (110324); runs most likely on the Windows XP workstation (I don't know for sure, just judging by their system configuration and the screenshot).
