Ok...I found SysUpdater and ran it, but it didn't correct the problem. Please help.

Ensure that you are actually using Ledger 9.0D - as previously requested, go to Help / About and indicate the version and release date of Ledger. Also from here, click the System Info tab and look in the grid for a file name ADS32.DLL. What is the version you see - to indicate if the SysUpdater was installed to the correct place? It should be 1.12.54.2739.

Also as indicated earlier in this thread, if Ledger data was converted to 9.0D, you cannot open the financial reporter program from an older version of Ledger, due to a conversion of the Statement Groups file. The solution was also posted above, to delete the GLRPTGRP data file (which would delete statement groups) and allow access using Ledger 9.0C. Don't do this if you are using version 9.0D.

Yes, I am currently using Ledger 9.0D (110629) and version 1.12.54.2739.

And yes, I am missing ADS32.DLL.

Oh...ADS32.DLL is in the list when I clicked System Info tab.
