So far, I did run the SysUpdater and it didn't fix the problem. I'm running Ledger 9.0D version. Please reply asap. I'm behind now with my July month end and needs this fix asap.

Isn't it software problem from new release upgrade? Even a consultant cannot resolve the issue if the fix is not released yet from software developer. If the fix can be provided by the consultant, yes I will go to them.

Hi, Harpo,
We haven't identified that there is a problem with the software in this particular instance. Others are running GL9.0D and are not experiencing this after installing the SysUpdater. You haven't indicated exactly what happens when you try to run the Financial Reporter or if there is any error message(s) being received.
However, I notice you have two different threads open on this forum, both about the same issue. We will be responding to this thread now only. From the other thread, it seems you are using the correct ADS32.dll.
Your consultant might be better equipped to troubleshoot the problem with you in your office. Overall, it might be faster.
If you close Ledger completely and drill down to your data folder, look for the file GLRPTGRP.xxx (where 'xxx' is your 3-character data extension). No one else should be using Ledger when you do this. Rename (don't delete) the file, perhaps to something like GLRPTGRP.xxx.harpo. The file will be recreated when next you run the program. You will need to recreate any Statement Groups you had previously set up though.
When next you open Ledger and try to run the Financial Reporter, can you?

The message says, "Adagio Financial Reporter stopped working" Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. I've seen this error from other posts, but it's for LanPack 9.0D. Do you think it's the same with this Ledger error?

Most likely there is something wrong with your company data.
Open the "sample data" shipped with the product and see if you can start the Financial Reporter.

Ok, sample data worked. And I found my financial statement too, but not by clicking the icon. I was able to open it after I opened the financial statement window and clicked our income statement from the directory.

Oh wait...when i closed the window...it automatically works now! Oh I'm so happy. The drive must have not been mapped properly.

Can you help me with the correct folder and files. I was able to see my financial report if I open the samdata. But when I go to my real folder, it won't open again.

There is something wrong with the GL data in your "real folder" and nothing wrong with the Financial Reporter.
If you have followed all the advice in both of your postings and you still are unable to open the Financial Reporter then you will need to contact your consultant for help. It is possible that you will require a database repair.

I can open the file correctly when I started at data/samdata. It is showing error on the application LedgerFinRep.Exe.

Harpo: It's time to give your Adagio consultant a call. It sounds as if you are fairly new to Adagio so your consultant can address these issues quickly, probably without even leaving their office. And if there is something wrong with your data, he or she can help you to correct it. A phone call will save you time and money (because time is money, right?  ).

For anyone following this thread. The problem is with the data. The data was corrupt before the client converted and the conversion to Ledger 9.0D did not fix the data.
The client has been using a real time backup system that I believe has caused the data corruption. Real time backups are great for word process files, but not accounting data.
