Is there any way you can re-sort your vendors alphabetically once they are in your system? For some reason, the first dozen or so vendors on the dropdown list in our system are not in alphabetical order.

All lists in Adagio are primarily sorted by the code of the record, whether its a customer, vendor, or inventory item. You can present the main lists in alphabetical order by right mouse clicking on the column titles and selecting the order you'd like (Vendor code, Name, or telephone number).



You can also set up a Filter to sort and filter the list in any sequence you'd like. Perhaps you are only interested in Vendors with an outstanding balance.
