Is there a way for me to select the Departments to print to a file instead of printing? We are trying to go paperless and this would really help us.

You can select an 'electronic' printer driver that directs output to a PDF rather than a paper printer. You would have to determine what 'electronic' printer driver works best for you - they can be acquired free or cheaply from the web.

You could also ExcelDirect the Statement Groups. The individual departments in a Worksheet using the same financial statement go to separate sheets in the Excel workbook. The Workbooks are given the name of the statement group.
