I just got a new tablet with Windows 7 Professional and now it appears that my direct excel button has gone missing from the view transaciton window.

My version of Ledger is 9.0C (100511)

Is this a Windows issue or do I have to enable this feature?

In Edit Users, there is an option to 'Enable SF Export', which really means show the Excel Direct button. This is stored with the program, not the workstation or laptop. Check this first and if this option is not selected, you just need to turn it on to get Excel Direct to appear.

If this option is enabled, then you would need to contact your Adagio consultant as there isn't a known problem with showing this button.
