I am using the smart finder to look at quantities on hand for certain items. If I'm not mistaken, the field listed as "Qty On Hand" is supposed to show the sum of Qty on hand 1 thru Qty on hand 5". It is not working for me, instead "Qty On Hand" is displaying the same amount as "Qty on Hand 1". I just upgraded to IC 8.1C and OE 8.1D and hoped it would fix the error, but no luck.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Add the "Qty Shipped not Costed" field to your SF grid to see if the confusion stems from there. This field should represent the the net quantities on INs and CNs that have not yet been processed by Day End. You can always use the Sample Data to do your testing so that you can have more control over the testing and expected results.

Where are you looking at the SmartFinder? Does the field on the SmartFinder agree with the basic item grid? I know that this was fixed many months ago in some part of Adagio. Perhaps the problem has been re-introduced.

Investigation into this today has showed that, while the display is correct in the Grid, SmartFinder is not properly selecting items based on their quantity on hand for lifo/fifo costed items. Filters do correctly select the items, if you can use them in SmartFinder's place.
