In Inventory module, edit item under the tab "Location". Is that anyway to mark item inactive by location other than mark it manually?

How many items are you wanting to mark inactive? And for a single location or more than one?

If you want to mark a number of items inactive at a particular location, you can edit the Location and on the second 'Items' tab, pick and choose the items you want to set as inactive. You could also use the third 'Item Range' tab to select a range of items, de-select the 'Select item?' checkbox, and click the Select button to make inactive.

If this process won't fit well with what you want to accomplish, please let us know what you want as an end result.
