I did some recent updates and now I'm running into problems where my lanpak limit has been reached and I can't open additional modules.

I have the latest version of lanpak V9.0C, I recently updated O/E to the latest version. Now when I Select the adagio tab while in OE and attempt to open Inventory I get I've created another user. When I look under help it says 1 additional licenced user. I have been under the impression if you are in a module and go to another module from the adagio tab within that module it does not create another user. Has something changed or has something been missed in the last updates?
We have 10 lanpaks and 8 users.

Lanpak has not changed. When you open Inventory from the Adagio menu, it does take up a Lanpak.

Look at Active Users on the Help Menu to see how many people are in Adagio and which programs they are in.

If you access the inventory inquiry from OE it does not use a license. If you open IC from the Adagio menu it does.

The term "Adagio Tab" is ambiguous. Are you launching an Adagio mofule from the Adagio Menu (in which case a lanpak is consumed by the second user), or choosing to look up an Inventory Item from the OrderEntry menu (in which case a lanpak is not consumed).

yes launching a new Module form the adagio Menu button (I referred to as the tab).
