completed a upgrade recently on sales Analysis. From new shortcut everything is fine. From other modules & going into the program from the drop down menu the program opens fine but the reports do not print, or preview. I believe the drop down path is incorrect. How & where do I look to edit this, or what is the correct fix? (the versions look to be both the same)

I don't have this issue. Try installing the compatibility service packs.

all service packs installed that I see including the system updater. Re installed the sales Analysis same results. from the new icon works & reports fine. From drop down inside another module looks to generate the report based on time & % complete but just flashes instead of displaying the report.
The only thing I have not done is install in the old directory srwin I allowed the new program to install in the new default directory Sales Analysis. All other programs up to date.
