When trying to open FX 9, I'm getting error saying,"The number of decimal places for the home currency 4D has changed from 2 to 4. You must set the number of decimal for home currency back to 2.

As far as i know i didn't change anything.

Hi Eva,

If you changed the 'default currency code' to one that uses 4 decimals (as you may have while figuring out that Payables question you asked previously), then this would affect creating any data set, including FX.

Note that you can only change decimals on multi-currency enabled companies, and I don't believe that FX supports multi-currency, so creating a new FX company would give an error.

Edit some other Adagio program and from the File menu pick the Currency Codes function (if you see it). Change the default currency code to CAD or whatever you typically would use. If you don't see this function here, then it is because you have Adagio MultiCurrency installed. In this case, open Adagio MultiCurrency, pick the Currency Codes function there, and change the default code.
