There is no way to increase the maximum number of reports that can be stored in a single report file. The solution is to create a new report file.

To have different users load a specific report file, follow the instructions in Appendix D, starting on page D-4. Specifically, an entry needs to be added to the AUTOEXEC.BAT:

set DefaultRepFile=XXXXX (maximum 5 characters)
