Though the 'default' worksheet in the Financial Reporter has a certain number of columns, you can add more columns to fit your needs. Simply highlight a column, right-click, and select 'Insert column'. I don't believe there is a 'functional' limit to the number of columns you can insert.

When the statement is printed, it sounds like you will want to add more columns that will fit on one page. Go to the Page Setup under the File menu to determine which direction you want the extra pages to print.

A sample column-by-column departmental spec is included with the sample data. Take a look at the GL!DeptDemo.sam specification to see how the syntax works for these types of statements.
