I'm using the most current g/l and financial reporter.

I'm using a converted spreadsheet.

The "zero supress" and "no print zeroes" buttons don't seem to have any effect.

Is this because the spreadsheet is a conversion?

Hi bal,

Both the Zero Suppress and Blank Zeroes functions do not appear to take affect on the design screen, but instead function when the statement is actually printed.

The purpose of Zero Suppress is to hide an entire row if all the numeric columns are zero for that row.

The purpose of Blank Zeroes is to simply not print zero is specific cells but leave them blank. The rest of the row prints as normal.
