Hi All,

Is there a way to view the error log from an order entry import if the person who did the import already closed it? ie, is it stored somewhere?

I found the OEIMPERROR file in our datapath, but it's empty.

Hi Cam,

Immediately after an import is performed in Adagio, any errors are written to in an error log OEIMPERR.dat (or similarly named files in other programs). Should any errors occur, a message will pop up with the options to view or print the error log.

Then when the next import is performed, this file is overwritten with the new results. They are not maintained indefinitely but only only the next import (of any type).

So the answer to your question is Yes, there is an error log to view, until such time that another import is performed and then the previous log is overwritten.
