I am looking for some information how to send multiple PO's to vendors automatically. Is there a reference guide that has more detailed information on this.

Assuming you have the latest version of PO;

1. Under the File menu select options and make sure that allow email is selected.
2. Under the Email menu select Email setup and complete the details as required.
3. When you print PO's you will have an option to Email them instead.

Step two is where you may need some assistance from your Adagio consultant.
