Re-install Inventory Receipts. It must be intstalled AFTER QR, as this is what installs the tables.

As in several posts on this forum, the correct installation order where QR or QRWIN is concerned is:
- ACCPAC Plus core modules (AP, AR, GL, IC, OE, etc...)
- QR and/or QRWIN
- 3rd party/ACCESS products (IR, QIP, etc.)
- Quik History LAST (if used).

3rd Party programs (such as Inventory Receipts) must be installed after Quik Reports, so that they can determine that they need to install their Data Dictionaries.

PS. Our records indicate that you only have Quik Reports 6.1A, and the current version is 6.5 - perhaps you might consider upgrading to the Y2K compatible release?

Installation instructions for IR should be in the manual for it, however, it should follow the same procedure as for all other ACCPAC Plus programs - Press F3 in the WSM and select Install Programs. Follow any prompts from there, saying Yes to install the tables for Quik Reports.

If you have not had experience with installing/reinstalling onto your network, I would strongly suggest that you speak with the person normally responsible for this, as network rights and other special settings will have to be considered.

Data is stored separately from the programs, so you should not worry that re-installing will adversely affect the data. Make sure nobody is using Inventory Receipts when the re-install is done. You probably will want everybody out of Accpac Plus, just to be safe.

If you are still concerned, then you can make a backup of your data, and also a backup of the \IRASP directory (the Inventory Receipts program files) before doing the reinstall. Nothing will go wrong, but these are the places that will be affected.
