We are currently on version 9.0B. I just downloaded the 9.0C service pack, and when I go to install it says that the version found in the folder below is too old for this service pack. What is it picking up that is reading as too old and how can I get this installed? Thanks.

You need to install Ledger 9.0C before installing the recent 9.0C Service pack. A Service Pack updates whatever version is installed but does not move you from one version to another.
