Loving the filters.. however, how do I get them to list in reverse order by order number the same as our unfiltered orders?

Just cleaned up over 50 unprinted "lost and forgotten" orders on the system. We'll be able to easily see which orders are falling through the cracks with the simple click of a filter! Yeah!

When defining the filter, you can choose the order that the records are displayed in. The definition is in the lower half of the Define Filter screen.

And for any field(s) you choose to sort the order grid by (order number, expected ship date, etc), you can choose whether the sort direction is ascending or descending.

Using maintenance/apply styles and checking "clear unselected filter styles", I can clear the formatting on the filters I don't want to use, but how can I stop it from automatically adding the styles to new orders? Do I have to delete the filters that I don't want automatically adding styles to new orders?

Filters don't have to have a Style associated with them. Or, you can assign a priority to a style to rank it lower than the others.

Hi Susan

In your next life or career, would you consider becoming an Adagio consultant? You know more than most of us, and certainly exude as much if not more excitement.

Steve

lol! I'm just happy because I found more orders! I wish I could spend more time fine tuning Adagio, but there's not enough hours in a day.

Have I mentioned the Adagio Opportunity Conference in 2011?
