Dear Team got a Dilemma.
Client posted entries using Prior Year YE check box which is now in a period called YE or by the text period 14.

They want to generate audit schedules but the Detail Listing option in Ledger only includes periods 1-12.

Hence I am unable to print a detail listing to balance with the control of the Trial Balance which includes YE entries.

Thanks ...matter urgent...client voicing concerns of integrity issues. Help me to calm them down plz....

You are able to print financial statements from the Financial Reporter that Include the YE Adjustments. And, you are able to drill down on these account values within the statement to view the transaction details. You can then export these to Excel if you want.

And, they are available on the detail listing as well. These transactions are printed with YE in the left column when 'Include Prior Year Postings' is turned on for the year being printed and there were postings to the YE Adjustment period.
