Had to go to a backup due to a disk problem. Everything came back fine, but the Sales Analysis. When I access the module, there are no records found and a new data set is created. Any ideas on what I need to do?

Thanks.

Hello John,

When you restored your backup, did you restore all of the files that are prefixed with SR?

You should try to restore the data again.

If you are unable to restore your backup, you may be able to retrieve some of the missing data from OE or QIP.

When you install SR 65A, these are the steps to scan data from other systems:
a. 3. Maintain Sales Analysis Data
b. 1. Retrieve Sales Data
c. 3. Scan Sales Data from Other Systems

Then, choose the program that you wish to scan from:
Scan Sales Data Menu
1. Scan Softrak's Quik Invoice History
2. Scan ACCPAC's Sales Analysis
3. Scan ACCPAC's Order Entry
4. Scan Softline's Invoice History
