Dear Support:

When I try to retrieve accounting data from QBs Enterprise v11, I receive the error "QODBC Evaluation license has expired! Please contact your dealer for the latest version Retrieve aborted."

This is the first time retrieving data since upgrading to v11 from v10.

This sounds like a QB issue, not Adagio. If you are using an evaluation version of Quickbooks, it has expired and you will need to purchase a licensed version. Also, my understanding is that the latest FX Pro does not support QB. Softrak's Technical Support may want to confirm that.

When you start Adagio FX and select Help | About you will see a section for FLEXquarters. What version is listed? If it is 10.0.0.272 it may need to be updated. Go to www.qodbc.com and download the latest version. You may download a demo and install to the same computer that is running Adagio FX. Once you install the Version 11.00.00.275 I believe FX will continue to work.

You should be aware that Adagio FX is no longer sold or supported in the QuickBooks marketplace and has not been tested with QB 2011. QB Enterprise ships with a Read Only Version of QODBC which is all that Adagio FX requires.
