We have multiple companies set up on Adagio. I have an open batch in the g/l for one company that I will have to post again to a second company. Is there any way to copy this batch to the second company? It's a long entry and I don't want to have to do the work twice.

What version of Ledger are you using? What you would do varies between v8.x and v9.0 Ledger. In Ledger 9.0B, we added the File | Export | Batches function. You could export the batch to an export file in a common folder on the server. Then, in the other company's dataset, they could File | Import | Batches the batch by pointing at the file and location the original batch had been exported to.

We are using 9.0. I see the export function on the drop down menu. The batch export is there, but it is the only function that I cannot access. I can access the export accounts, tranasactions and all the others except the batch function.

Doesn't sound like you've been granted access to that function. Speak with your Adagio system administrator and explain what you want to do. They should be able to help.
