Have a very strange thing happening in Order Entry, we are running on a network with 15 users, when I print an invoice from my workstation the top part of the invoice is missing, the same thing happens on all printers on the network, if someone else prints the same invoice it works fine on any printer, we are using the same spec, the order confirmation prints fine

Your Windows display settings or Regional settings are different than the other workstations.

Ensure that you do not have Large Fonts or a Display DPI set to anything other than Normal. Also the advanced Regional Settings for Unicode language must be the same as how the spec was created - typically having 'English (US)' is correct and the setting for 'English (Canada)' causes a problem - because the vast majority of workstations are set with factory defaults, meaning the US settings.
