Hi There,

We are getting an error when trying to enter PO that day end was interrupted and we cannot open PO. We have restored the PO data from before the last day end was run, but we still get the error. We know that there was no activity in PO since that last backup.

Previously (a long time ago) when we had problems in OE day end we could flip a bit in the OEGLOB file and then go in and assess things and make our own determination, from an accounting standpoint whether we could use the data or not.

Is there a similar trick with PO?

Hi Mike,

There is a flag in the IRGLOB file (POA company profile) for "Day end active". It sounds like this needs to be flipped back to "No".

You can't just open this file in notepad to make the change though. You'll likely need to contact your Adagio consultant to do this for you. If you don't have a consultant, you can contact us at 1-800-540-3164.
