When I look at AP Vendors this morning a bunch of them are red. We have never used colours in Adagio. What is the purpose of this? Is there a pre-recorded webinar or somewhere else I can go to get some more info?

AP v8.1C introduced filters. Likely the webinar for this upgrade explains them. You could also read the release notes, help file, and any addendum to the manual.

When AP data is converted up to version 8.1C, 3 sample filters are created for you. Integrity check rebuilds filters and colours.

Likely you did your first integrity check and the sample filter with red colour was applied (Balance outstanding > credit limit). If you don't want this, delete any or all of the sample filters. Then to reset the grid to all white, go to Maintenance / Apply Styles and click the 'clear unselected filter styles' checkbox, and the last blank row at the bottom of the grid. Then click the 'Apply' button to 'Clear all styles'.

AP/Edit/Vendor Filters is greyed out. How do I access it to delete these filters?

Probably security is preventing access. Edit the security group to enable the menu options.

If you don't like the colours on the grid, you may just want to edit a filter to remove the style. This way, you can select filters and be able to show specific vendors on screen, or sort them in ways other than number, name or phone.
