Is there any way the screen can remain in the same position when you go into edit a vendor rather than revert to the the first vendor on your list? Eg. editing "Smith Company". Once complete and I hit ok, the screen brings me back to "AAA Glass" and I have to scroll through the screen to get back down to the "S" section.

Diane: AP shouldn't work that way. What version are you using? Go to Help | About and tell us the AP version and date. It would look something like "8.1C (100810)".

Hi, Diane,
Have you checked to ensure that your data integrity is clean? Make sure you have a backup first (in case you need to restore it after), then run Data Integrity Check. If the Rebuild button presents itself, click it. Make sure you review your vendors after doing a rebuild to ensure everything is as you expect it should be. Retry editing a vendor and ensure that is the vendor that is highlighted when you click OK.
If not, we'll probably need more information about your data: vendor code formats, number of vendors and profile options, etc. and you might want to contact your Adagio dealer to assist you.
Also, please retain a copy of your pre-AP8.0C backup.

Diane: Just to be clear, are you Editing an existing vendor or Adding a new one? If adding, the new vendor isn't automatically highlighted; the vendor that was highlighted when you chose "Add" remains highlighted. This often means the first vendor in the list. This behaviour will likely change in the next version (it was just changed in the Receivables module shipping this week).

I also have the same problem with my database - I cannot re-create the issue with sample data.

Data integrity is good. Editing not adding. Just to be clear (it is a little difficult explaining this). Let's say I go to customer Williams, which I have to scroll through a few pages of customers to get to, I double click on their account, edit something, click ok, the screen with all the customers reverts back to the first page of customers. I then have to scroll down through all of the customers to find the next customer on the list. I have not added filters, just started using Adagio and don't quite know how yet. Cannot recreate in Sample Data.
