After a very long time without any file errors, I installed the IC 8.1C (100716)Upgrade and since then I've had file errors in DataCare 3 times. The first time there were 2 errors, the second time 8 errors and the third time there were 3 errors. They are all the same error and report as follows:

Any idea why this is happening, whether it's doing any damage and how I can stop it??

You are adding inventory items and/or changing their descriptions in Purchase Orders for Adagio and the indexd by name is not being updated. This will be addressed in the next Service Pack for POA. The rebuild properly fixes the index. No permanent damage is done.

Thanks for the info. I checked with staff and they are doing like you say, adding and changing inventory items in POA. I wonder if you have had any others report an error when exiting DataCare since the IC Upgrade? We still haven't resolved it but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the functionality of the program.
