We have a fuel charge in our inventory, in the description it says "Fuel Charge 14.85%", on just one customer when we use the fuel charge item the description comes up "Fuel Charge 18.0%". Why??

Also with this same customer, when doing an invoice the icon comes up saying there is no price list. We do not use the price list and this does not come up with any other customer.

Check this customers profile and make sure they are not assigned to a 'Price list'. If they are emove it. My guess is you do have an old Alternative Price List setup.
