If you don't have any Adagio Lanpaks installed, you are prevented from opening any Adagio application more than once, from any station and by any user. To check how many licences are currently in use, go to the Help | About screen. The total number of installed Lankpaks and the number in use are displayed.

If you already have an Adagio application open somewhere, and you try to open a second instance (either through your program or any other method), and you don't have any Lanpaks installed, this launch will fail. Close down all other instances of that program.

If that specific Adagio program is not open anywhere, then the method your program is using to launch Adagio is trying to do it more than once. Should this be the case, this may be a question better posted on the ADP forum, which is monitored by our R&D department.
