I remembering reading somewhere on this forum that I can save year end reports as PDF files vs. printing. How would I go about doing that?
Right now I'm still on AP 8.1A.

For your Year End Reports as well as Monthly and Daily Batch Reports, duplicate in PDF. "Save Money by Going Paperless"

I use PDF995 its a free ((PDF File Creator Software)) which adds a printer to your computer (PDF995), all the features of a regular printer.

It is a free program so it brings up a little promo when creating PDF files.
Not an expensive solution if you decide to purchase.

Make sure to design a company wide document management procedure, replicating on different media as you go forward. One suggestion to build in some redundancy is to create an email account (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail) and have staff email the PDF Files daily to that account with the subject line describing the report in addition to your local data archival procedure.
