Adagio inventory 8.1B
If we process adjustments showing either an increase or decrease in both quantity and cost, the adjustments show up on reports. If we adjust cost separately or quantity separately these adjustments do not show up on the reports. ANy idea why this happens?

Which reports?

For sure all adjustments should appear on the adjustment audit list and transaction history reports. Quantity only will not appear on a GL Transaction batch report because qty-only does not generate GL activity.

As long as an adjustment is dated properly, it will also appear on the stock card report and affect the amounts on the Item Valuation report.

More information is required in order to be able to respond.

The adjustments show up on the Adjustment Audit List, but do not show up on the transaction history nor on the stock card report

We have 2 companies that use Adagio Inventory and one shows the adjustments in the transaction history report and the other doesn't.
I've checke the entry dates and they are correct and show up on the audit list

You need to print and purge the audit report in order to update the history records.

Without a detailed look at the data, and an examination of the procedures you are usng to enter and post your inventory transactions, it will be difficult to determine what is causing the behaviour you're seeing. This type of issue is best addressed with the assistance of your Adagio Consultant.

We have not had any recent complaints about transactions "missing" in Adagio Inventory from other users.

GridView is in indispensible tool for examining transactions that have been posted into Inventory.
