I had been asking him to call me since March, for updates and fixes...He never came by to bring me the fixes for OE nor called me back...i basically gave up after leaving 4 times messages.

What you need to do is to ask Softrak for the name of other consultants, or you could contact them yourself (http://www.softrak.com/resources/resellers.php).

I generally will take on another consultant's client if the client is unhappy, unless they owe the other consultant money. I think others feel the same way.

In my opinion, you should stick with someone in Canada, or else I'd recommend myself

I'm pretty sure I did not offer myself above. I hate when consultants use a public forum to drum up business like that. As I said, you should contact Softrak or look at the link I listed.
