When working with the accountant on year end we continue to run into the problem that the year end reports run in the AR does not agree to the balance on our trial balance. Does anyone have any idea how get a report that shows the outstanding AR and balance to the trial balance.

There are a couple of tricks to get this to work;

1. Only the 'Aged Trial Balance' will work.
2. You must use the 'Calculatye as of' option.
3. Always correct mis-dated transactions with an adjustment or credit with the same date.
4. Never post manual adjustments to the 'Control account'.

If it has never been in balance then you will likely need some assistance from your Adagio consultnat to help you get this sorted out.
