I was posting a batch in General Ledger and when asked if I want to purge I accidently said no. Now my crystal reports for Gl Sales for the month is off. How do I fix this??? This is especially bad because it was a batch for June, our closing fical month.

What version of Adagio Ledger are you using? This can be found from the Help menu - choose About.

Are you aware what was asked to purge and to which you chose No? The posting journal? A batch? Something else? If the posting journal then there really is no harm done and this would not have any effect on Crystal Reports, unless it is based on the Posting journal - in which case you can re-print the report and choose Yes to purge if that is what you want.
